RETURN POLICY

*Please notify us immediately by email if there is a problem with your item. Be sure to include the item number and item description in your email.
We may offer a refund or exchange of the item as described in the following circumstances:

*Defective items: Claims for refund or exchange of defective items must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your item.
The defective item must be returned with all packaging, manuals, and accessories. We will not charge a “restocking” fee in this case.
Refund will be for the amount of the purchase only, not will not include shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of defective items.

*Claims for defective items made after 7 days following the receipt of the item and which are still within the original manufacturer’s warranty period:
Such items must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
The item will be checked by the manufacturer to verify the defect. If a defect is found, the item will be exchanged for another.
A small handling fee may be applied. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of defective items.
